Royal Arsenal Riverside, also known as RAR, is situated in the Woolwich area of southeast London, nestled along the picturesque 1km long Thames Riverside. The project benefits from its close proximity to Woolwich Station on the Elizabeth Line, a crucial station in East London. This development is a large-scale, multi-phase comprehensive community that began its collaboration between Berkeley real estate developers and the government in 2004, with a substantial investment of 1.2 billion pounds. It has already been developed for over a decade, with nearly 10 more years of development planned for the future.
In 2018, British Land, the largest local investment group in the UK, invested 100 million pounds to upgrade numerous shops and office spaces on Woolwich Commercial Street, transforming it into a creative commercial street that prioritises creativity and retail. During the same period, the government invested 33 million pounds to renovate five old buildings within the Arsenal community, creating a creative area encompassing theatres, small stages, and artist studios, which are now in use.

Designed by Tara Bernard, the project is renowned for its understated luxury interiors, featuring complementary walnut entry doors, white lacquered interior doors, white skirting boards and architraves, polished chrome door handles, and stone floors on the porch. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed to suit the room's layout, featuring composite stone countertops and non-stick rollers, a brushed stainless steel electric oven, and an integrated refrigerator, exuding a stylish and modern ambiance. The bathrooms are equally luxurious and chic, boasting cool tones, clear textured lines, white tempered glass bath panels, chrome alloy faucets, and white washbasins. The rich palette of tones and textures throughout the design creates a spatial aesthetic where contemporary style seamlessly blends with comfortable, functional living areas.

The project's excellent location is only a 300-meter walk from Woolwich DLR (Docklands Light Rail) light rail station and the Southeast Railway Station. This prime location ensures unparalleled and mature all-round transportation services by water, land and air, making it an exceptional international transportation hub. For instance, it takes merely 7 minutes to reach London City Airport by DLR and 19 minutes to reach the new financial centre, Canary Wharf. Additionally, residents can easily access the Elizabeth Line, with journeys taking 14 minutes to Liverpool Street and 22 minutes to Bond Street.
